Alicia is a senior leader, professional business developer, and experienced capture manager specializing in campaign-style capture management. With experience at a large, traditional government services firm; a woman-owned 8(a) organization; a Silicon Valley company; and as an independent consultant, she has over a decade of experience supporting a variety of accounts and has witnessed new trends and innovations in GovCon (i.e., digital modernization, shared services, accessibility, privacy, and cybersecurity). In response, Alicia has successfully applied a hybrid of traditional and new contracting principles and capture strategies to win an increasingly competitive market. As the Managing Director of Public Sector Growth, she works across operations and services lines to ensure a continuous stream of new business with Federal, State, and local government customers. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech and her Master’s of Public Policy from George Mason University.
