See You at #17NTC in Washington, DC!

We’re thrilled that this year’s Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC) is taking place here in Washington, DC from March 23rd-25th. Forum One will be attending in full force and we look forward to seeing you in the conference sessions, exhibition hall and various social events.

But more specifically, where can you find us?

Come by our booth

We’ll be located at booth #511/513 and are looking forward to meeting you, learning about your organization, and sharing some of the most recent digital work we’ve been doing with nonprofits.

If you’re not sure when you might have some free time to swing by the booth, we’d also be happy to set up a time in advance to talk so that we’re sure to connect. Just send us an email at info@forumone.com and we’ll make it happen.

Attend our sessions

We will be speaking at two sessions at this year’s NTC:

Proving ROI: Quantitative and Qualitative Measures of a Successful Digital Campaign
Thursday, March 23rd, 10.30am-12.00pm

Leah Stern, Account Director, Forum One
Devon Hopkins, Director of Content Marketing, CARTO

Nonprofits face the unique challenge of promoting a cause or mission rather than a product for purchase, making it difficult to measure a return on investment for their digital campaigns.

With digital channels becoming more and more crowded, understanding how to strategically plan your campaign is more important than ever. How do you know what to measure and how to communicate successes? Join this session to learn how.

Audience Research on a Dime
Friday, March 24th, 1.30-3.00pm

Courtney Clark, Managing Director for User Experience, Forum One
Kristina Bjoran, Senior User Experience Designer, Forum One
Valerie Miller, Manager of Content Curation, United Way Worldwide

“We know our audiences well enough,” they say. “We know what they want.” But is that true? Of course not! If we knew what audiences wanted, we’d have an excess of donations, volunteers, newsletter subscribers, and report readers, and we wouldn’t be having conversations about how to get audiences to act or increase awareness.

During this session, you’ll learn about our favorite lean audience research methods and why they’re awesome, how to convince your boss that audience research is necessary, and how to conduct audience research when you have zero resources. To get ready for the session, read this new post: “How Audience Research Can Help Your Organization.”

We Are the Champions of . . . What, Exactly? Tracking Digital Metrics That Matter
Saturday, March 25th, 1.30-3.00pm

Autumn Rose, Director of Analytics, Forum One
Population Services International

You champion a cause, but are you the champion of online communications? Quantifying your impact via data (collected from web analytics, email marketing platforms, social traffic and media mentions)—and understanding how to use that analysis to do better work across platforms—is paramount to achieving the change you are looking to make.

By the end of this session, you will walk away with a clear understanding of how to demonstrate impact, quantify your success, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Are you ready to create impact?

We'd love to connect and discuss your next project.
