Finish 2019 Strong, and Set Yourself Up for Success in 2020

By most accounts, 2019 has been a busy year for you. From making sure your organization’s digital properties are content-rich and running smoothly, to running specific campaigns and outreach, and managing data and results throughout the process, you’ve likely got a long list of things you’ve accomplished already. But gosh, there is still one quarter left!

Between the fall fundraising season and wrapping up project work to meet reporting deadlines, the last quarter of the calendar year is typically the busiest for nonprofit and other mission-driven organizations. You need to end strong to meet and surpass your goals, as well as set the stage for an ambitious and successful year ahead.

In this webinar, we’ll focus on helping you hone in on the last-quarter activities that matter most so that you can end 2019 with confidence and be full of excitement and energy for 2020.

We’ll focus on challenges, tips, and tactics in the following areas:

  • Content strategy: where do you need to focus your editorial and promotional efforts to ensure your audiences are able to access the content they need and want?
  • Outreach strategy: how are you proactively reaching out to your target audiences to get them to take action in this last (and busiest!) engagement quarter?
  • Reporting strategy: who are your stakeholders, and how can you package your data and results in the most meaningful and impactful way?
  • Planning for 2020: how can your end-of-year push support your 2020 strategic planning?

Our goal is for you to walk away from this webinar with a handful of practical ideas to take forward this fall that allows you to breathe, get the job done, and set yourself up for success in 2020.
