Forum One Highlights 2022
For many of us, 2022 was yet another blur of a year. We’ve continued to adjust to new ways of working together and navigating new uncertainties. We’re a little tired, but we’re hopeful. And we’re oh-so-ready for a new year and a fresh start! Before we step into the possibilities that 2023 may hold, we are taking a moment to reflect on some of the 2022 highlights for the Forum One team.
Every day we are surrounded by colleagues who inspire and challenge each other. This year we celebrated some major milestones on the team, including the 20-year Forum One anniversaries of Barbara Bianco, VP of Talent Acquisition, and Tim Shaw, User Experience Director. And our company leadership grew with two newly created roles, Brian Graves joining as VP of Engineering and Meigan Ward as VP of HR. These new positions are key to Forum One’s continued growth in the sector.
We also launched our very first ShipIt Day, a 24hr team-building and problem-solving day aimed at strengthening a corporate culture of impactful innovation and entrepreneurship.
We were proud to receive a number of industry awards and accolades this year, including a nomination for PRWeek “Outstanding Non-PR Agency, 2 Anthem Awards, 5 WebAwards, 9 Vega Awards, 11 Communicator Awards,5 WebAwards, 7 Davey Awards, 7 W3 Awards.
We hosted the inaugural Digital Impact Summit where we heard from more than 200 leaders and doers from the nonprofit and public sectors who talked about unleashing curiosity for change and experimenting with new approaches to their work to meet the ever-changing needs of their stakeholders.
We began working with a number of mission-driven organizations doing incredible work to tackle some of the world’s most challenging problems, including the U.S. Department of Justice, March of Dimes, Congressional Health Dashboard, Baltimore County Office of IT, Easterseals of New Hampshire, and more!
Cheers to a productive, fulfilling new year!
