Molly provides strategic leadership and oversight of Forum One’s portfolio of projects. She sets the direction for the Delivery team and uses her expertise in project management and strategic communications to coach project managers to solve problems, define processes, and adapt to change. Molly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wellesley College, and a Master’s degree in Communication, with a concentration in corporate and nonprofit communications, from Johns Hopkins University.
