Nicole Coumes

User Experience Designer

Nicole works with clients to define problems and understand their user needs to create elegant and impactful solutions. She is passionate about creating inclusive, accessible, experiences for citizens and believes inclusivity and empathy are key to create meaningful experiences for all. Nicole earned her B.F.A. in Visual Communication Design and her Art History Minor from the University of Harford. She has experience consulting on design solutions for federal and state government clients. In her free time, she volunteers with AIGA and DotGov Design, advocating for good design in government and facilitating the exchange of knowledge within the civ tech community.
