Chris guides Forum One Communications' work in developing and implementing innovative internet strategies for its clients. As Senior Advisor, Chris helps clients to develop and implement internet and web services that allow them to work more efficiently and to make progress on their important policy issues. Chris's clients have included: the American Academy of Pediatrics, the National Council of La Raza, The Education Reform Initiative in Qatar, USDA’s Economic Research Service, the Energy Information Agency of the Department of Energy, The National Alliance to End Homelessness, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), the Brookings Institution/ Wolfensohn Center for Development, and others.

Before joining Forum One Communications, Chris worked as an environmental policy analyst at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, focusing on clear air act regulatory policy. Prior to that he worked for four years in international development in rural Nepal - as a water supply and sanitation engineer with the Peace Corps for a UNICEF-administered project; he also worked in Nepal conducing public works program evaluations for CARE and UNICEF, and trainings for the Peace Corps. Chris has a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Master's in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.

Chris is a member of the Advisory Board of Environmental Resources Trust, Inc, a non-profit organization that pioneers the use of market forces to protect and improve the global environment.

Chris is a member of the Visiting Committee for the University of Wisconsin-Madison, College of Engineering, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. The Committee is composed of a group of industrial, business, legislative, academic, and professional leaders who provide advice and assistance in shaping and supporting the strategic goals and objectives of the Civil & Environmental Engineering Department.
