Joe has over nine years experience leading projects focused on communications strategy, organizational effectiveness, knowledge management, environmental health, and performance based management. He has consulted for a wide range of clients including public utilities, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, industry associations, and the private sector and has work experience in 10 countries in Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. His current work focuses on helping clients design and implement intranets, extranets, web conferencing, and other online tools and services that support team collaboration. He holds a BS in Chemistry from Washington and Lee University and an MS from the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina.
