Forum One Awarded Web Content Analysis and Information Architecture Project for Office of the Comptroller of the Currency

Forum One Communications announced the award of a contract from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), US Department of the Treasury for “Web Content Analysis and Information Architecture Redesign.” The project is focused on supporting OCC in improving the organization and value to users of the OCC public web site, staff intranet, and BankNet extranet. The initial project and options cover up to 12 months.
Forum One will work with OCC in a detailed review of the needs and interests of OCC’s key audiences and the scope of OCC’s existing online content and will develop a new information architecture and content model to guide OCC’s efforts to enhance the three web sites.
