Wall Street Journal Honors Forum One as one of 35 National "Top Small Workplaces" Finalists
The Wall Street Journal and Winning Workplaces honored Forum One Communications this week as a finalist in their annual Top Small Workplaces competition.
A total of 406 applicants applied last fall to be considered one of the nation's "Top Small Workplaces." A panel of business experts selected Forum One as one of 35 finalists.
Finalists were featured at a conference and celebration in Chicago this week. Forum One CEO Chris Wolz and Managing Director Barbara Bianco participated in the event.
The finalists were decided on by metrics and qualitative evaluations focusing on the individual workplace's fostering and challenging environment as well as the compensation of their employees.
According to Winning Workplaces, applicants "provide their customers with extraordinary service, involve their employees as business partners and outperform peers in their industries."
The recognition of Forum One and other groundbreaking organizations and their accomplishments can be found on the Winning Workplaces web site.
